csd4ni3l 6c0b5180b4 fix html & css cache not working, use base64 for cache filenames, automatically update tab titles, store the old url & revert to current tab's url, make the browser work by requesting the url on enter, adding the css/html parse and receive. Fix Host header not changing for css urls. use serde_json serialization for css cache, add missing tree_to_vec function, and improve the renderer's boilerplate.
